Cambridge Modern History
The entire work, all seven volumes. The essays are awfully dated, being over a century old, but nowhere else will you find this much scholarship online in one place. Volume 1 is the Renaissance, and Vols. 2 - 4 cover the Reformation era up to Louis XIV.
Thesaurus Eruditionis
Extraordinary collection of 16th and 17th humanist publications in high-quality scans. The native language of the site is German and the pages in English are a bit stilted in translation. The actual texts are in Latin and are quite legible. Most of the works also have numerous illustrations.
